Every room is different, applying the same scheme in the same way will inevitably result in loss of effect. It even brings serious problems such as sound imbalance, lack of fullness, and poor sense of envelopment. Diqi Audio integrates all the factors such as space, walls, and furniture; and uses sound-absorbing, sound-amplifying, and sound-reflecting materials in different frequency bands to create a professional home theater project for you.

The following are the possible adverse effects of bad design and construction:

If the Echo time is too short, the sound will be dry, dull and unnatural. The main reason for this situation is that the layout of sound-absorbing materials in each frequency band is unblanced and lead to excessive absorption.

The sound is unbalanced, lack of fullness, and the sense of envelopment is poor. This situation is mainly caused by the poor diffusion of the room and the incorrect use of sound reinforcement materials. Not all places need sound absorption, the necessary diffuse reflection is the premise of good effect.

Echo vibration, poor sense of hearing, and defects in sounding. This situation is mainly caused by the superposition of standing waves, the resonance of the wall and the reflection of sound. It needs to be adjusted through the tuning board according to the wall density and material.

Sound is an energy wave. It travels through the air and reachs our eardrums, generating vibrations and then translated by the brain into a form we can hear.

During the travel of sound wave, when it encounters different objects, it will produce corresponding reflection, refraction, diffraction, and absorption. This is how the environment affects the tone. An untreated or improperly treated audio room will make the overall hearing feel unnatural, dry, and even lose sound in a certain position.

When doing acoustic design for the audio room or area, instead of applying the same inherent model, we comprehensively consider factors such as equipment, acoustics, fluid mechanics, and personal hearing preferences, and calculate them through computer. Here are a few key considerations:

1.Customer requirements: Some customers prefer watching movie over listening music, some require karaoke, and some require dancing music or even recording. For different preference, we use different methods to do the acoustic design.

2.Equipment parameters: The power, sensitivity, sound pressure and other parameters of different equipment are different. We will make corresponding adjustments based on its ability during the design.

3.Room size, shape, and furniture placement: These factors need to be paid attention to, especially rooms with certain length and width, such as 10x10, 10x20, 15x30, etc., they are more easily to generate standing waves than others, therefore additional attention needed.

4.Budget: We have different plans to suit all kinds of budget. The key is to allocate resources reasonably to obtain the best results. For example, for the construction of the wall, we have 6 different implementation methods, and 4 kinds of ceilings. We will provide the most reasonable plan according to the budget requirements of customers.

5.Materials: A mature design is achieved by different kinds of acoustic materials working together. Because different materials deal with different sound frequency ranges, in order to cover as wide frequency range as possible, we will choose materials with different makes, sizes, shapes, and densities to achieve the best results.
